After review of the demo, it is clear that Hambidavid did not drive adequately and in accordance to rule 3.15, as he smashed your car into a wall. As such, the user will receive a punishment for 3.15. As for the car refund, and after review with other Senior Moderators, we were unable to determine what caused your car to become tiered from stages 1 to 2, and the demo shows that it was already damaged by the time Hambidavid crashed it. With that in mind, we will be refunding the entire repair.

If you have already repaired it:
Create a Refund Request for $22,000 and select the "Accepted Action Request" option when prompted to choose. You will also be asked to link this thread. Be sure to ping me in it as well for a quicker response.

If you have not repaired it yet:
Do not create a Refund Request, simply make an F6 Report and ask for a Senior Moderator (or higher) to repair the vehicle, preferably me if you happen to see me around. Don't forget to send the link to this AR so they know you are not making it up.
