Why should this player be punished?: 2 days ago i entered just to do my spins, yesterday when i entered i see my car is broken and impounded, i do not know who did it, could you please check logs and fix my car?

Which of your cars was it? You have three impounds from the 7th of August and nothing else after that. Furthermore, has the car received Tier Damage or only engine damage? It seems like the last time one of your vehicles was tiered was on the 3rd of August, but you had used it after that incident until it was impounded (again) on the 7th.

I mean yeah. Last time I used my car I parked it next to the casino then went and did the spins. I then quit the server without returning to the car. It was parked at bazaar parking lot.

Logs show that your car was Tiered on the 3rd by another user, you repaired it, and after that it was only tiered by you by going 120 mph on the business roundabout. Since you said you are positive it was OK on the 6th, the only explanation is that you tiered it a couple of days before making this report without noticing, considering how you even repaired it after the previous tier.

I never repaired my tired car, admins did when someone stole it. Also my car has been impounded, can’t you check when was it stolen in logs and when I left the server? I think it was stolen and wrecked. If I would have been the one who did it I know for a fact at least it wouldn’t be impounded because I would call road crew to fix it then go and pay to repair the bodywork.

I mean I can’t deny logs so maybe I am just stupid but it’s really wierd because I remember last time I drove it, it was fine. Maybe partying actually got to my brain. If there is genuinely no way the car was stolen and I just have amnesia I am sorry

You are right, it was repaired by admins, but the point still stands. I will Demo Request you shortly and record the moment when you tiered it according to the logs. The car has NOT received tier damage at any other point after it was repaired by staff, so hopefully this will clear things up. I will also review impound logs to see if the impound was related to that crash or not.
