Why should this player be punished?: The crowbar was dropped and you can clearly see frankie walk away from it. It could have been me or Frankie with the crowbar. It also could have been the dodge or the mini being crowbared. The user did not see me directly crowbaring his car so either someone meta-gamed with him or he just executed me infront of 10 people because im stood next to a crowbar

He could see you walk around from the other side of the car and drop it, he didn't just teleport there, he had to walk over and you're the only one stood next to any cars. Jay had more than enough reason to believe it was you.
