Why should this player be punished?: These players are obviously using some sort of third party communication tool. There is no possible way he would've know that his friend was being mugged, he was under constant gunpoint, we were both whispering and he had crouched up as you would be able to hear him running up the stairs if he hadn't of know. This hints that he knew before he started walking so he would've been out of hearing distance of anything. If they hadn't been using third party communication, he must of sent an org text when he pulled his phone out in the clip.

Having reviewed the demo provided by @Palodhi, it is abundantly clear that the reported users in this situation have blatantly metagamed.

@Jaturas, @buysomecatnip - you are both well-aware that you should not be utilising third party applications to dictate your in-game actions, having had it explained to you by staff on more than one occasion. Your actions here have allowed you a hugely unfair advantage over the reporting individual. You've had your chances to cease this slanted playstyle, yet continued to play in a way that makes the game completely unenjoyable for other people, as such, you will both be receiving a 1 week ban. I hope you can use this time to seriously consider how you choose to play, and return with more sportsmanship.
