I joined the server and 2 minutes later I saw a black male who were vandalizing the Lieutenant's parked vehicle. Shortly after I witnessed this crime the two black men had a hostile approach towards me. Therefore I said "Fuck off niggers (or something similar to that)" IC'ly. One of the black men assaulted me and I hit him once with a baseball bat in matter to defend myself. After the fight I ran to the back of the PD in matter to seek help from LEOs. I went back to where the crime took place. Suddenly they came back and killed me with a machete which I have reasons to believe is excessive. This took place less than 5 meters from Paralake Police Dept. and in the presence of a LEO (seen 2:24) (furthermore possibly within the view of the CCTV cameras).

It is clear from the evidence provided that they had killed you in a very public area where a NPC was in the area along with some cctv camaras as well as that there was members of the public so they have broken 3.4 in my opinion.

Purely self defense in Prepper's POV.
He was being assaulted > Prepper warned you properly with a bat to the guts > Prepper seeks a LEO to help him with the assaulters. > @JustBanter69 and his friends come and stab Prepper to death for no reason

  This rule is specifically relevant to the violation of any In-Character law, meaning that murders, thefts, etc, are all expected to be conducted realistically; for example, if a player kills another player, which results in the former’s death and/or imprisonment, it will mean that the player has failed and unless they can effectively and appropriately demonstrate/prove that they had a realistic and reasonable plan to succeed, an appropriate punishment will be enacted. He came back to commit a murder in front of the PD, It is quite unrealistic role-play wise because using common sense, the PD would be filled with Police Officers.

I agree with this AR, and here is why;

Initially, one of the two is seen vandalizing the LT's vehicle, which, unless with a reasonable reason, may in itself be considered 3.4, as it's right outside a police station, with police frequently walking outside, and with the LT most probably returning to his/her vehicle sometime soon.
Next, Prepper insults the two IC, to which they respond by assaulting him. In this case, in order to defend and preserve his own life, Prepper uses his offensive weapon (baseball bat) to strike one of them. This disorients the guy, allowing Prepper to run and ask for police assistance, most likely contacting them in the process. Nothing wrong here.
At last, Prepper returns to the front of the PD, most probably waiting for an officer to respond/come outside. At this point, the two guys approach him, while an officer also exists the PD. Not only is there a CCTV facing them (By the PD private parking lot), but chances are that the NPC inside will hear it, while the officer outside would most likely see it. For this, I believe that they've broken 3.4 and (rather minor) 6.3.
And as a final, I will say that 2.5 has been broken. Yes, Prepper did offend one of them, by, and I quote, calling them "niggers" while telling them to "fuck off", however I don't consider one single insult enough to assault and attempt to kill someone. If it had been more extensive, with repeated discrimination or general verbal abuse, I would understand. But in this scenario, assaulting him was unnecessary. And yes, Prepper responded by hitting him once with a baseball bat, but not with the intention to actually harm or kill, but to defend himself. The two people are outside a police station, and rather than cutting him down with a machete, the easy (and most logical) thing would've been to contact the police inside.

Alright, yes what i did was OTT(over the top) so i would to apologize for my behavior, and what i did to you, Prepper. I would also like to say sorry for not realistic role playing, first time i have ever done this, i know went wrong and it is not going to happen again.
