Why should this player be punished?: 2.5 i was pps driving, minding my own, when business this dude started ramming me and stopped in front of me for no reason. He told me he has a gun and tried to cut me off again, then spun around, drove the wrong side of the highway and left

i was told that the pps didnt bring my friend packet, also was kinda bored

@Doner kebap As rule 3.15 states 'You must drive vehicles - even if they are stolen - to the best of your ability so as to avoid crashes.' However as seen in the clip provided and your reply you did not do this, you was purposefully hitting the PPS workers vehicle causing damage to both vehicles without any valid reason.

Therefore for your actions you will be issued a warning for 3.15
