Why should this player be punished?: They were being chased by a cop at storage, they ran into puffermart alleyway (Located right behind storage for clarity) and shot and killed the officer who was chasing them. Instead of making an attempt to leave, which they had ample time to as it took 30 seconds for pd to make contact with them, they told their org to kos cops storage. I believe this breaks 3.4 as they lingered in the area to further engage in combat, and potentially 2.5 as it caused unnecessary deaths of 3 extra cops.
As for the others involved, in my clip you will see I made a pbc saying to leave storage, I did this whilst hiding out in neons as I was a lone traffic cop vs a heavily armed org, there was no realistic chance I was going to survive. The user by the name of Taylor calls me out and says "Should I throw a grenade in there?" to their friends, to which I was further engaged in combat that could have easily been avoided. I would also like to add that they threw a grenade into a public building without knowing if anyone else was hiding in there from their shootout? Furthermore a user by the name "Mak" enters neon moments after the grenade is thrown unarmed, to which I shot at them (A case of 3.4 on their half) as any reasonable person would after having an explosive thrown at them.
tl;dr why cause a big shootout when u had ample time and ample cars to leave?

@Kronen, what measures did you take to escape the scene between you shooting the first officer and the second officer making contact with you?

@Taylor (and the rest of that group,) why did you pursue the complaintant into Neon? Please justify the benefits of your decision against the risk of death.

when we were at storage some guy walked up and started spamming slurs so he was killed and when the police arrived they started acting weird so I ran away from storage and said in Teamspeak we gotta leave but I had to kill him as he was catching up to me. At this point I was out of stamina nowhere near my car so I couldn’t have left before more cops arrived but as soon as we had the chance we left the area.

As for the officer in neon I believe they killed him because he had literally shot at us and him being alive would have given the PD knowledge of who else was with me as well as any unwarranted vehicles we were using. I believe I got the kill after I had slow walked all the way back to neon because of my low stamina and saw they were surrounding the door and I killed him when he attempted to rush out.

I also do not believe it was even nearly 30 seconds that it took for officers to make contact considering the proximity of PD to storage and we still did not have time to leave as I had to make my way back to storage and in this time I was engaged with an officer with a shotgun who was holding the only short route back to storage so I had to go the long way

As for u being out of stamina and not being able to get to ur car, you could have ran to FD (you ran towards there after finishing off the cop) but circled back and waited for more cops to show up. I showed up at 1:35 on my clips time stamp, look to see if anyone was on scene and was shot by you so i returned fire. I ran to NEON for safety as 1) i was in traffic gear 2) I really do not like combat, especially hearing all the AK shots at storage I just could not be arsed with 5 minutes of black screen. As for getting knowledge of who was with you and who wasn't, dna exists and those who killed cops left their dna all over the crime scene so that seems invalid, and not only that I saw you for like half a second before retreating into NEONs where I ran past 2 of your friends who, had I believed they were involved I would have gunpointed or made any form of an attempt to apprehend them? Finally you say you escaped when you had the chance to, was having 1 cop pinned down in NEONs not enough of a chance to make an escape chance? I enter NEONs at 1:55 on my clip, at 3:10 (Granted with a few pauses due to demos being as they are) the grenade is thrown inside and moments later I was mowed down as I was trying to close the door, as you can see in my clip the door closes after I die, I made no attempt to rush out more so a last ditch effort to defend myself from the now group of 5 people outside the door waiting to kill me.

Well no, he came up to us said some slurs got killed the cops came and were fine with it then they started starting at me and following me around so I took off running and he chased me. The shootout was caused by police attempting to engage with a wanted criminal not someone saying slurs. We were only at storage to swap out guns cus we were about to do a bank raid.

Yeah I would prefer to not run across the open road with no stamina right next to PD and I had to head towards there because I saw you on the corner with a shotgun and I am not swinging a shotgun with 0 stamina up close.

You can be in whatever gear u want I'm still not close swinging a shotgun nor would I have any clue you went to neon and you weren't just sitting on the corner with a shotgun. And if you don't like shootouts why even respond? You heard shots, rushed in with a gun, shot at criminals and then went to hide. It sounds like you like going to shootouts just not losing shootouts.

Like I said there were quite a few of us that were not warranted and did not shoot cops at the scene which we could have used to escape and hide or used to finish the bank set up without being followed by police. I also cannot see through walls and I would have had no idea where you went after peaking me, you could have been sitting there on the corner waiting for me to peak.

If there is an officer who knows who exactly was there and has info that we could use to follow us and find us way easier is still directly in the area it is fair to say it is better for our chance at prolonged freedom. I am not sure what Mak was doing so I wont comment on that however when I saw the door being closed (which looked like the door being closed on you as you tried to rush out) I sprayed through it and we stored guns and left instantly after.
