Why Should This Player Be Punished: Okay so this person should be punished because he broke loads of rules as a Roadcrew.
The Rules this player broke:
First Rule Broken: 4.1
So mainly this guy was breaking LOADS of traffic rules, he was speeding, never used his indicators, he was crashing into everything and everyone, he even ran over the Lieutenant.
Second Rule Broken: 3.4
I had seen him earlier as a normal citizen and i though about reporting him but yeah, no Mods/Admins on so i couldn't do anything. Later on i joined as a SWAT Officer and i saw him driving around, speeding, dangerously driving etc, running from police, refused to stop. And i see LT gets killed because this Roadcrew Driver ran him over, so they called for me to shoot his vehicle , this was at the intersection and i shot his truck and he died, so i would belive this is breaking 3.4.
Third Rule Broken: 3.22
So basically he did loads of U-Turn (Really Dangerous ones) and yeah, just making them overall is against 3.22 so.
Fourth Rule Broken: 4.9
''Road Crew Workers must at all times remain within the impound lot, unless responding to a call out via the /roadcrew function.'' He was patroling and kept driving really wrecklessly so, i do belive its 4.9 Aswell.
