Why should this player be punished?: I was stationary under the Highway, when I noticed a Red Sports car come through that ran the stop sign. I attempted to pull over the suspect, which they pulled over. I got out of my vehicle and then when I got out, they fled. They crashed and Sam got out of the vehicle and shot me. There was no previous interactions with Sam, nor was there a warrant for his arrest.
