Why should this player be punished?: After completing a gun order for John Riddle (GraveDinosaur) John gave me a 20k tip, player Jack Knockers was playing as an officer and snatched the 20k and ran off. Officer Ryu saw this happening and tried calling back the officer but to no avail.
