Why should this player be punished?: failed to fear for his life after i told him to put his hand up for a prolonged period also tryed pretend he dident know how to put his hand up. also drag me in to a mug zone after i had left it.

@MachineGunO attempted to surrender 13 seconds after you disarmed him, but it did not go through for some reason. His statement on this lines up, and he is quite rusty at the game after having recently come back. I will cut him a break on this one, and I do not find him guilty of 3.4 in this particular instance.

@MachineGunO's statement claimed that he wanted to force withdraw his lost items back, but the items stolen from you on top of this makes this a mugging and subject to the mugging zone guidelines.
