Why should this player be punished?: This player broke rule 2.5 by shooting up Mina's car for no reason and then broke rule 3.18 by immediately storing the gun he shot the car up with. He then pulls out another gun and does this again, breaking rule 3.4 as he put his life at risk by prolonging his stay on the crime scene and also didn't deal with the NPC who would have seen everything happen.

He then broke rules 2.5 and 3.5 by ignoring NLR after he had been killed by Mina for shooting up his car and then killing Mina after respawning.

Also considering that you had stored the weapon and given you got into the vehicle directly afterwards to flee and your car didn't stop once until you got to the city when you got killed, the gun would have also been in our possession.

@marc doe - You have failed to provide a statement justifying your actions. Considering the driver of the vehicle was already dead, continuing to shoot and subsequently cause damage to their car provided you with little to no gain whatsoever. There were no on-going active threats to your life. You then immediately stored your weapon afterwards to prevent detection and seizure from the police.
As such your ban will be extended by a further 2 days, totalling 5 days, for further 3.18 breakage and breaking 2.5.
