Why should this player be punished?: We were in a supervisor sit and things were getting heated between 2 people, one of them being Joaquin.

After the sit he decided to go out of character and start talking about making an f6 (3.21 Staying In-Character)

And then proceeded to call google chrome the r-word (1.2 Discrimination)

What I had said about the F6 was out of character hence why I was using LOOC to communicate and you can see me state out of character to which you decide to call me "American" multiple times after being told to stop. Both of these users were upset towards me for a simple supervisor situation in which they were in the wrong and made sure to try and offend me multiple times, first targeting me in an attempt to pull me over and then started calling me American in hopes to get me upset through LOOC, I'd like to add that after our roleplay situation was over they decided to keep taunting me in OOC sending more messages to try and taunt me. I have spoken to staff and have been told it wasn't racist but the user was told to stop pushing these kinds of situations as they just cause problems overall and they had been told to stop by me or I would make a report.

After I was dropped off at storage as they were instructed by the supervisor on duty, they drove past me and Google Chrome said "American lol" two times.

I also barely spoke in the supervisor sit as I was just spectating to get an understanding about how these sits go. But I do not appreciate you breaking character, LOOC messages are fine, but then you started speaking in voice and even called my friend @Google Chrome the R word!

There is no more evidence needed, you can clearly see in the video that google chrome called you an american in looc, and then you lashed out in voice saying you were gonna report him and that he is an R word. Yes Google did call you an american multiple times ahead of where the video begins, but this still doesnt have anything to do with the situation.

Your report for him calling you an american didn't go anywhere as it didn't break any rules. But in my video, you broke 3.21 and 1.2

Calling him the R word is not against the rules and was in part with the RP situation, not used in a discriminatory way but rather insult at how you kept interrupting your supervisor, almost just how you calling me American is not considered racist in its usage. I get you're upset that I had a supervisor sit with you but it can be seen how you also kept instigating it, and drove past me just so Google Chrome could keep instigating it.

Like I mentioned earlier, I stated F6 OOC. How does it not have anything to do with the situation when i asked in OOC for you to stop doing it? To which you just said it again and added "Lol" to it

@Off The Radar You went out of character during roleplay to say you were making an F6 report and called the other player a retard which violates Rules 3.21 and 1.1 therefore i am issuing you a warning.
