Your Steam/In-game Name: Snafu / Harry Spliffsta
His/Her Steam/In-game Name: 6AMooRY999 / John Jacher (something like that)
His/Her SteamID: STEAM_0:1:73538018
Why Should This Player Be Punished: Most probably 3.4, and his general attitude, I do not want people like that to be roleplaying as officers. (The ending bit seems to be the icing on the cake, I stopped the demo at that time, and realized I might record more of that wonderful roleplay. However, I couldn't be bothered to record yet another load of fail rp involving lots of moaning around of help and being as unprofessional as it can get.)
Evidence (Demo Required):
I've made the video private on request of 6AMooRY999. Please contact me once you will be ready to review the material so I can enable it just for you.

What's worth mentioning is that I skipped the part while I was dead because the person didn't respond to any of my messages (or I completely missed his replies, but I don't recall seeing any. If required I can post a screenshot of console from that time).

Please make sure it is the player I'm talking about as I've received the information about his OOC name from Sgt. James, and he asked me to verify it with the team just to be on the safe side.
Regards

@Snafu, do you have a longer version of your recording ? To show us what you did prior to the incident (To verify that what he said is either true/false)

Either way, he should of have not been on the wrong side of the road (and from what it looks like he was not running code) thus not only placing his life at risk (3.4 Putting your Life at Risk) but also violating 3.22 Highway Driving. Possibly 4.1 Follow the Law, but only if he was not running any code (Lights and Sirens).

However, if John would manage to reply to this and explain his side of the story it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I do. While I tried to understand his point of view and direct him to tell me what I did wrong, I haven't received any sort of valuable information to understand why he crashed into me. Since I was on the road for the last 10 minutes or so, I was shocked to hear I had taken someone as a passenger (I think he was talking about someone who probably ran away from them by hopping into a car) and was apparently wanted. Still, I waited for a while after, and I've recorded that as well. Nobody arrived on scene apart from an officer who seemed to be facepalming due to what he saw (the lad being stuck below). Other than that I basically walked off and nobody asked any questions, therefore my thinking that this was a load of bullshit to justify him driving on the wrong side of the road. I will upload the rest if the staff requires it, but for now I'll be away for the next hour so I'll leave this for a bit later, if needed.
I'd really like him to participate in this thread btw because I haven't put all of this together to get him banned, rather to have a place to discuss it with him or anyone who was involved in whatever claimed chase there was.

I support this Action Request for the following reason(s)

4.1 Follow the Law
6AMooRY999 cleary broke rule 4.1 by driving on the wrong side of the road, by doing this he put both yours and his life at risk.

3.22 Highway Driving
As he was driving on the wrong side of the road with no lights or sirens on he broke 3.22 Highway Driving.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
As 6AMooRY999 was driving on the wrong side of the road in a 50MPH zone, he put his life in danger and by doing this he broke rule 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk.

Even if you helped a suspect get away, the officer had no reason to drive on the wrong side of the road to stop you, as there could be other vehicles on the road.

After reviewing the evidence provided, this is my opinion.

Rule 4.1: Follow the law:
Driving on the wrong side of the road has no excuse he said in the video i know this was kinda dangerous but i had to stop you is no excuse.

Rule 3.4: Putting your life/ freedom at risk:
Driving where he drove could have lead to his death and the person clearly had no intention to turn away to avoid being hit putting his life at risk by driving on the wrong side of the road.

Rule 3.22: Highway drving:
The police officer had no valid rp reason to drive on the wrong side of the road in doing soit did lead to him being uncontious.

This is my opinion on the rules broken by this user in saying that i have desided to support this Aciton Request against the person.

+Support Looks to me like he was driving on the wrong side of the road for no reason, then made up a random excuse for doing it. He was not doing it to stop you because he was on the wrong side when he came into render distance (which im pretty sure you cannot change so his couldn't have been different), and even if he was trying to stop you driving on the wrong side shouldn't have been the way to do it as it could endanger his, your, and other peoples lives.

+Support I was the medic that rivived @Snafu, I only found the body of @Snafu and no one else, there was no person with hadcuffs and the officer arrested him for no reason. And lets not forget that the person broke: Rule 4.1 Follow the law, Rule 3.4 Putting your life/ freedom at risk, Rule 3.22 Highway drving for no actual reason (btw I didnt heard in the radio that someone said to stop and arrest @Snafu)
