After reviewing the evidence this is my opinion on the matter:

Rule 3.4: Putting your life/freedom at risk:
It's clear that within the evidence you have provided the user screamed out while he was under gun-point which would clearly lead to his death which as shown in the video provided happened.

It's clear the user broke the rule stated above therefore I give my Support to the Action-Request.
