Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player broke 3.4 by not opening the doors under gunpoint, and screaming "HELP!!" under gunpoint. The player was gagged aswell, and keep screaming help. I shot him for this, because everybody inside Slums heard him screaming. This happend (today) around 13:51 realtime. (timezone +1 Amsterdam).
