Why Should This Player Be Punished?:

The player violated the following rule(s):
- 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk:
@Agent Green took GamingPeach in for further interrogation. He uncuffed the suspect after searching him and then GamingPeach saw his peak to attempt to escape police custody - Afterwards and NOT during the search (@Agent Green saw no reason to keep him in handcuffs due to the fact that he didn't pose any direct threat towards anyone). However, he was within Paralake Police Department and if he would've roleplayed in accordance to the server rules we'd have managed to catch him. His attempted evasion would most likely lead to a much longer prison sentence (3.4 also includes freedom from imprisonment) - and possibly his death (explanation added below).

- 3.3 Realistic Actions:
@Agent Green and I managed to hit GamingPeach multiple times with our nightsticks. However, he completely ignored the pain which was inflicted.

- 3.19 Evading arrest:
If GamingPeach took rule 3.3 into consideration he wouldn't have any realistic chance of escaping police custody in this situation.

- (Possibly) 2.1 Play Realistically:
In the video provided it sounds like he finds the circumstances and the chase itself utmost amusing (0:15 - 0:17). Furthermore, he entered his vehicle and managed to insert his keys into the lock in his car's door while he was being hit by nightsticks. -

("It's also highy unrealistic to enter your car while being slammed by nightsticks. If you want to add that in.") - @Loejseren. - Thanks for the "additional information" / input.

I don't know why this wasn't implemented in the original AR (my mistake). However, this clearly shows that your actions wouldn't benefit your situation. You ran off and your sentence went from approx. 2 years to at least 6 years due to the fact that you almost ran me over with your car. Keep in mind that if your actions were in accordance to the server rules we would've caught you. Furthermore my road spikes were glitched due to an unknown issue - Otherwise I'd have managed to puncture your tires and eventually force you out of the vehicle with @Agent Green's battering ram which he held in his hands right beside your vehicle.

The situation could also have had a fatal outcome:
11.11 Right to Use Firearms
LEOs may only use their firearms when a suspect(s) is posing a direct threat to any other member of the public/LEO and/or is believed to be intent on harming any other such person(s) (...). - With other words: We had the right to use lethal force.

Your own actions caused you to die by drowning which can possibly be considered as either:
- 3.6 Stay Alive or even 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk because the result of your actions didn't benefit your character's life and it didn't outweigh the risks of dying.

The user clearly broke 3.3 and 3.4 in your evidence.
Might I also suggest you add 2.1 to your action request, The user acted very unrealistically in the situation.

The user decided it was in his best interest to evade police while multiple officers were near him. He also ran across the highway to escape which could possibly lead him to his death by a car. He was also being hit by two officers and did not comply in a realistic way. Also, got into his vehicle while being hit by two officers which seem unrealistic to me as you would have been hurt a lot due to that. He also would have been caught if @Prepper 's road spikes weren't glitched.

So I'd support this for 3.4, 3.19 and 3.3.

Okay, so i was restrained as said i was being questioned. I was then put in a waiting room where i was searched and uncuffed, soon after we went to the Police supervisor's office where i was questioned, after about 10mins of role playing Agent Green told me i was being arrested, as i knew my car was close, i decided to make a run for it, which i did. although i was hit i didn't take extreme damage. i was able to get in my car and escape the cops my plan than carried on to run to beach which i did, i then jumped out and began swimming, i was underwater for about 5 seconds and i drowned, (really realistic) after that the situation was over. You claim I broke 3.19 however the rule states "multiple police officers are chasing you on foot and you have no realistic chance of escape" however i had my car as show in the video provided. You also claim i broke 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk/Imprisonment , However i was already being arrested as Agent Green had said. 3.3 - Green you did hit me however i only got a dizzy effect i never actually took any damage, therefore i could still push on considering how close i was to make car.

How you have word this is incorrectly, you have made it seem as if he searched me and i just ran.

I managed to break the video gg.

I believe that the video is insufficient if possible provide the interrogation. There is such thing as pain rp if you get hit or shot you should not shrug it off you are made or flesh, blood and a massive nervus system how would you not feel a thing? I would like the rest of the demo while I do trust prepper well I cannot just trust the word of two members no matter how much the staff would trust you we need the evidence to prove it.

Neutral this only proves currently that he ignored pain rp.

It's sad to say this David; but it's evident that you have broken the rules. You were hit with a nightstick many times which realisticly would leave in a lot of pain judging on the amount of times you were hit. Not only did you ignore these hits you also ran across the highway which endangered your life as well as the LEOs chasing you as the chances of you all getting by a car were very high. Even when you're trying to evade the police running across the highway is never the option as the police catching you will result in a 10 year sentence maximum sentence, whereas on the highway if you are hit by a very likely to die and death is supposed to be avoided at all costs and the only reason you respawn is because this is a game, however it's supposed to be as realistic is possible so you must think like you won't just respawn like you wouldn't in real life. Lastly, to quote Abdi it is highly unrealistic to get into your car when you're being slammed by nightsticks.

It's a shame to see this AR but unfortunately it is valid.

I think that my side of the story is needed here.

David Peach’s car was illegally parked in front of the hospital. As I was going to give him at ticket he came up from the underpass and told me not to. He tried to explain that his wife was having a baby and that he never had time to park his car properly. (He was handed a ticket for this)

Just as I was going to leave an officer came and asked David if he was the guy from bazaar. This means that David Peach did lie to me as he telling me that the car had been parked there for the last 7 days and was therefore told to step out of his car. Whatsoever, David did not cooperate and both stayed inside of his car most of the time and drove back and forward indicating that he was just about to drive off more than just once. I therefor detained him and took him to the Police Department to show him that I was serious about this and that this kind of behavior is not tolerated.

As we arrived I escorted him into the waiting room (the one with the turtle). After a short while I came back, unrestrained him and took him into the supervisor officer where we had a chat regarding this situation. I did not take me long to conclude that he was in fact lying to me so I threatened the guy and told him that he should come up clean or he would have to face the consequences if he failed to. After saying so he ran out the door, crossed the intersection and escaped in his car. All because something that would be either a ticket for 8.8 and 8.3 or a 2 years jail sentence.

Okay, I have come to a conclusion after the watching video several times. I agree with you @Prepper in a way. I fully understand that i broke 3.3 i should of stopped the second time after i became exhausted, to get in my car complete breaks 3.3 i see where your coming from, however on agree a little bit to 3.19 as i didn't to it too realistic considering i was getting hit however i did have a plan to escape, however i do not believe i broke 3.4 anywhere in this situation because you @Agent Green told me as you came from behind your desk your getting arrest, i never ran from anyone at gunpoint, you did aim your gun but by the time you had actually put your gun into attack mode i was already away.

Support+ i do believe i should be punished for this however i do not believe this to worthy of a ban, yet i don't make that decision.

3.4 and 3.3 was broken in the clip you provided. Peach as a player who's been playing for such a long time I'd expect a much better quality of roleplay from you. If they've hit you dont be afraid to act out some pain for example. Adds a little bit of humor to the roleplay and makes the experience a lot more enjoyable.
