Why Should This Player Be Punished: This user decided it would be a good idea to run me over as Mayor when I was standing right outside City Hall. He claims in LOOC that he ran me over because I was AFK however I was not AFK I was in the middle of typing a Broadcast as I just done a Happy Hour. He then proceeded in LOOC to insult me therefor breaking 1.1
