Why Should This Player Be Punished: He threatened my life countless times after I lowered taxes, he said that they were too high and I told him they take time. He broke 3.12, 3.4, And the other one about risking your life. He then claimed he killed me cause he was on benefits. I think he should receive at least a week.

Tick: I don't know the exact tick, it's throughout the video that he countlessly threatens my life. It's at the end when he actually kills me.

He had no real reason to assassinate you at all. The taxes were lowering as you had stated previous times. In an attempt to back himself up, he said the reason he killed you was because of the income taxes being high, which is also invalid since it was only $2 that he didn't get, and if he was so concerned about his income then he could have easily got a job since the slots were the highest they could be at that time. Not to mention that he also broke 3.4 whilst carrying it out since he attempted to take on 3 Secret Service with a supressed Beretta while all of us had M1911s, which are much more powerful than Berettas.

I could confirm this because I reported it but there was only one staff online ( @MrAaron ) and he was not doing reports. The taxes were going low and @Ryan the Russian Dog stated that in a broadcast. So HUGE + SUPPORT. Thomas I know we were in the same Org and we were friends. I wish you never did break these rules, but rules are rules and you must receive a punishment if you break them, this is not personal. Keep in mind that we make mistakes inorder to learn from them! :)

The user had no reason to assasinate the mayor as taxes wad going down and you told him it takes time for it so i would say the user used that as a excuse to kill the mayor.

Rule 3.4:
The user also broke 3.4 as mentioned he attempted to take down 3 SSagents with a barreta while they had m1911.

Overall i do believe that this user should recieve punishment for the lack of consideration for the rules but we are humans and we make mistakes i hope you will learn from this.

For everyone's information the taxes weren't lowering so he had lied about that in broadcast and I wasn't alone , I had an accomplice and he was meant to help but he betrayed me.

The Player should of not assassinated you. It was excessive and the player seemed to want to ruin the fun of others.

Thank you for your Action Request.
