Why Should This Player Be Punished: Multiple times he has adverted and in OOC said things about "Butcher Aids" and constantly uses this as a way to insult me.He has been doing this for over a week and has been ruining my RP , I tried to ignore it but he is taking this IC as well.

So me mentioning that I have the disease is bad OOCLY? This was said 3 times(shoutbox is one), keep that in mind. While him getting butthurt after I adverted to get vaccines (and people actually come to hospital to RP vaccine giving) and telling me to go jack off to some underaged porn is ok. Alright, I think that's a little PJsalt over some IC situation but ok.

He didn't once mention anything until I adverted the Hospital situation seen here:

I think he's just upset due to the fact that a huge portion of the playerbase rped butcher aids being an actual thing.

But as said already there's a fine line between banter and actually annoying people, once someone becomes offended by your comments you should stop as already said I mean advertising "Thomas Butcher aids vaccine" isn't something that is very realistic and I highly doubt that you'd ever see that in a newspaper. It's clear Teemo was actually getting annoyed by your comments hence why he lashed out with the "redkneck" response but constantly taking digs and trying to par a mandem off constantly isn't on mate.

It happened to be an actual pandemic, we moved over to [Twitter] in the newspaper to do it instead to make it more realistic. The mayor made an official statement about it

I'd understand if I actually berated him (anyone here knows very well I could just cuss him out and call him everyname) vs me just toying with him in-game for being a prick cop.

The thing he's getting at is the fact that I mentioned the disease OOCly three times.

Anyways this AR has just gone to some flame war against each other, I mean after all you're just throwing shit at Curtis for absolutely no reason, if he's being a twat to him in OOC and he sends a response to you, after all if this action request gets accepted against him then you should also be warned, otherwise it would obviously be unfair against Curtis. Now I would consider both of you coming to an agreement where you both just apologise to each other because this action request is completely useless.
