Why should this player be punished?: Hello, I was approaching Slums 4 to try identify the home owners as we had Arrest Warrants for a Previous Bank Robbery upon doing this I was approached and cornered by both property owners and people downstairs so no real way to escape. I was then gun pointed and put into the property and zip tied then put into the bathroom where I stood for a prolonged period of time to which they came in and "Quaver" put a floating cooker on my head and then decided to come in 2 minutes later and set alight a gas can which in doubt blew me up and set fire to the property. 2.5 and 3.4 rules broken? I will get evidence.

I can admit blowing him up was a bit exxcessive but we put it out straight after so as i mentioned no one or anything in this case was effected.

incase that part is so important the truth is A few of us were interrogating your cop character in the bathroom and you gave unsatisfactory responses so I decided to nail a stove to the wall and have your head uncomfortably rest on the inside of it. I thought it was good for the roleplay and nothing else since I had a hammer with me so it as well as the fact I did my /me so I don't see the issue.

As Quaver said it was "Banter" I think it was taken to the extreme when you set alight the Gas Can and blew me up + setting the room on fire. You gave me 3 choices and those 3 choices were very absurd. You then put me in a room and wasted my time when infact a few members of your group suggested to let me go. You both took it to the extreme.

Hi. I think you're taking out your frustration on me unfairly. In your video the only questionable thing was me dropping the hammer to Quaver. I wasn't supporting his action as you can hear my reluctant voice, I never gunpointed you, I did not support prolonging your detainment because all I did during the whole thing was try to make the interrogation atmosphere look more cool with the oven placement. I knew the blowing up part was a gray area that I am not aware of and could result in a F6 but I did not at the time realize you would pull out a whole investigation in an AR and accuse me of 2.5 for simply nailing an oven to a wall or dropping a hammer. Nor did I believe he would kill you the instant I dropped him the hammer. I was also the only one who actually put in all my effort to extinguish the fire by myself the instant the gas can blew up.

At the end of the day the Action Request is not aimed at you nor am I blaming you for Breaking Rules. Although Quaver on the other hand is the reason I have created this. A Staff member quite clearly stated to him in /looc it could be 2.5 and 3.4 hence why I created this. You lot made it somewhat realistic but Quaver ruined the emersion and took it too far.

I never mentioned ur choices, I think ur forgetting 5+ people were involved lmao also u were gonna be killed either way

A warning will be issued for 2.5 as the killing was excessive, I see no issue with the kidnapping.
