Why should this player be punished?: Metagaming. They clearly knew I (Bob Ndicka) had just shot their friend, without any of them being able to see I had shot him or be able to 100% know it was me. Without getting the information from a 3rd party platform.
My reason to shoot the guy in the first place, was because I was mugged by them.

If it was to seek revenge for killing Shadowsniper2141, how did you gain the information that they had been killed by Bob?

Hello.

We never had any knowledge of them killing javon. The reason we wanted to kill them was because of a verbal altercation with bob outside of buissness shop. Me and deshawn we threaten bob and tell him to get out of here because he was talking mad shit. He didnt want to leave so deshawn opens fire at him outside of buissness shop. Bobs friend sees this and comes up and shoot after the both of us so we run into our shop to hide since deshawn was out of ammo and i wasnt armed. We then see them walking back to bazar and we went down to kill them.
Again i swear we had no knowledge that javon had been killed by them. Javon had told us in game that he had to go get a packedge and thats it. Deshawn had to go pick up a packedge

We have reviewed a few demos to investigate this.

@deshawn schwartz why did you decide to go to the PPS depot, and investigate the scene armed?
In addition, why did you decide to open fire on Bob as he approached the stairs?

The demos we investigated cover the period from when @Hansi Scwartz and @deshawn schwartz joined the server until after the shootout that occurred. During this period, we were unable to find any altercation between the two of you and Bob prior to the incident; The first interaction we observed between you and Bob was when Bob was shot while approaching the Business Shop.

@jams During my first clip you can see that I only have a verbal interaction with Deshawn (I believe) where I say "What da fuck". Which clearly contradicts what @deshawn schwartz states. And you should also be able to see in their demos, that they have 0 interactions with me inbetween the mugging and this. They are attempting to lie their ass out of this shithole for them.

Javon had told us he had to go pick up a packedge in game from the pps depot. 1-2 minutes goes by and i hear a single gunshot from the pps depot. So i think the worst had happend that javon had been shot. So i pull out my gun and go down there to investigate and i see benny frandsen standing down there. I then walk back to my shop and benny frandsen follows me there. we get in a verbal altercation in our native language and then hansi comes out and tells benny frandsen to get the fuck out of there or he will shoot his head off.

I then see Bob Hermann walk up the stairs and since we had mugged him earlier i thought he was up to no good since they would have had a valid KOS on us.

The altercation was with your friend benny frandsen. I had you guys mixed up. Nonetheless we had the altercation with your friend threatening him while you guys were on the phone so you walking up the stairs seems like a threat. Keep in mind when deshawn shot after you he couldnt see your hands so he couldnt have known if you had a gun out or not
