Why should this player be punished?: Matt broke rule 2.5 by purposefully running me over while I was on the sidewalk for no reason at all. I was stood on the sidewalk near city hall as seen in the video watching a sweater's gun store and I was run over and killed. The player disconnected soon after too therefore also breaking rule 3.20 by not waiting at least 10 minutes after murdering me.
