Why should this player be punished?: I was driving towards Slums as Charlie Sorle who is driving the wrong way crashes and disables my car, I ask him if he will pay for repairs to which he tries to drive away but his vehicle got stuck with mine due to collision. I decided to attempt to force withdraw in which user decides to drop 500 dollars, I turned around for a split second and when i looked back the user decided to pull out a weapon while I was still looking at him. Not only did he fail to pay for repairs under GP, he decided to pull out a gun and kill me afterwards.

This is the clip where even though he is being held at gunpoint for repair money only drops $500 instead of going towards atm (which is one minute away) or transferring a mere $2500 for the repair. He decides to then pull out his weapon shortly after.

Your car didn't tier, I took the corner a bit tight because I was trying to find a friend and had no clue where to look.

You specified no amount of money, I gave you the money I had on me at the time. $500 is enough to pay a roadcrew worker to get it fixed.

You put your gun in passive, I kill you.

Still driving on the wrong way, also there was no roadcrew on at the time hence why I was also going to head there before going to slums.. you knew this.

Again, I just gave you the money I had on me.

It's not against the rules to take a slightly bad corner by accident leading to you spilling over to the other side while not on the highway.

it is against rules to drive on the wrong side of the road.

You did not show a single regard of care for life in this situation, or attempt to fix the situation other than trying to ignore the car crash and dropping $500 when being asked to get vehicle repairs covered, knowing it did not cover half of the repair. (NO RC AT TIME)

Do you not think that is clearly an accident?

@Sorle , was there any reason why you were on the opposite side of the road there? Did you also get gunpointed out of the car to force to give money?

I don' believe it was an accident, and if it was the user could have been more compliant of fixing the car, had he given me the 2500 i would've let it go, he tried to leave right after which is why I believe it was intentional.

It doesn't seem at all proportional to escalate a minor accidental collision - which resulted in damages amounting to $2500 - to a gunpointing/shooting incident, when I would've been more than willing to comply had you just spoken to me like a normal person and allowed me to transfer the money. Seems like 2.5 to me, especially considering that I immediately apologised and showed no signs of being unwilling to cooperate.

Just an accident while looking for a friend. I did, and can provide my POV if necessary.

Once again, i asked you to pay it, your response was not compliant at all which lead to gunpoint.

Do you have a clip of this interaction?
Yes, going in to get full clip, before I could even begin to fully address the situation and work something out with him (which is when I put my gun in passive for a split second to talk to him) he decides to shoot me in the face before the RP situation was over or coming to an agreement.
PROOF:

It clearly looks like an accident from sorle, your car wasn't even teired and I don't think it would be sensible to punish a player for 3.15 for making an honest mistake when turning a corner. If so, half of the server would be punished, as driving can be shit sometimes.

It goes without saying that the kill on you was also justified, but I'm sure you already know this, as I don't see any complaints about it in the AR
