Why should this player be punished?: The User was bleeding out and had no means to heal himself, prioritising looting the base he was raiding rather than attempting to save his life by going to the hospital/Buying a Bandage. He decided to loot the base and then soon afterwards he died and he had no regard for his life whatsoever.

I was clearing out parking lot looking for bandage my car was heavly damaged and I knew I wont make in time to hospital with almost no fuel in tank

no way of stopping a bleeding in time and yes I did not know it against rules to harveast (wich doesnt let me do it anyway) and I apology for it and I can pay the losses ig cash if @Mina will be okey with that sort of resoulting a problem
