After reviewing Tinky's demo and having seen your clip, I can make a fair judgement call. Tinky brandished his firearm after you said "what are you going to do?" as a mean of showing exactly what he was could do. His intention was obviously not to kill you or even gunpoint you and he even put his gun away before you hit him with your car, he was just threatening you because isn't that what a criminal would do? You made the decision to run him over then it escalated from there.

I have to be real with you Aaron, your mindset here is very poor. You're so concerned with reporting these people that you're losing track of why you actually play the game. Sure, you lost. Sure, it was a bit unfair, but that should be proof that you don't mess with criminals. It's a roleplay server after all. The police would have showed up shortly after you were killed, retrieved DNA (assuming the criminals did not dispose of your body), and warranted these two dangerous criminals. They would be pursued and dealt with from there - that's how roleplay works, the consequences are in-character. Some blue glowing orb shouldn't shape the game or fish away every person who does something a bit dodgy, that sets a terrible precedent. Roleplay situations should be encouraged where possible, not punished for - who does that benefit?

Also, Tinky dealt with every NPC witness by threatening their death should they report this crime. Basically all he could have done at that point.
