@triluxmarv Did you speak to Andrew Otto regarding this situation before you carbombed the driver? I do see andrew otto repeatedly using keys on the car in the demo, so that does stand to indicate they know eachother well enough to share access.
Hitting casper tehrani there, particularly given the context I don't think is severe enough to warrant escalating to KOS. It doesn't look great, but is incidental on its own and only resulted in minor injury. They did clearly turn into the parking there afterwards. It's not great, but he did sprint out into the middle of the road, and was only visible to the driver for just over a second before the impact.

i didnt know they knew each other and were friends but he ran over casper then ran over andrew then boxed em in like that has to be kos

all i seen was a mini hit casper then hit andrew blocked him in and was saying we aint gonna do nothing about it like how would that not be kos

U can't have a KoS for somebody blocking someone, and me talking shit to your friend cuz he started first, u cant have KoS for talking shit in general, ur friend wasnt even that injured to have a KoS, u can talk to him if ur not sure about KoS, or make an F6 if ur not sure if that's KoS or not, instead of killing 7 people mate
