Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.4 pulling a weapon out while gun-pointed. ( I know he was trying to surrender but he was reloading so I couldn't have taken the risk of being shot. Should have dropped the gun or not pull it out in the first place I also had one second to react to him.)
