yh so I ran from u because the person u cuffed (guss mcdoo) had previously been arrested for 9.2 as a roadcrew worker had been ran over and they said it was him. When I drove off given the amount of vehicles and people in the area of PD along with the lag of a full pop server AND the fact my pc is 10 years out of date I did collide with your vehicle, to which u forced us all out of the car and said "get in the car and ur gonna be shot". In the clip you'll see I was already in the car before u could finish ur sentence but now you have just claimed that I am to be shot therefore i ran once Guss got in my car.
As for failing gp, as previously stated I believed guss to be wanted for 9.2 (hitting rc w car) and my car being in motion I utilised it as a tool and made an attempt to escape, running ur pal over (I initially swerved to miss u) .
So to reiterate I lagged into ur car when trying to leave the scene, believed guss to be wanted for 9.2, became wanted for 9.2 and was eventually captured by another officer at church possibly a minute later.

You should comply next time, he had you under clear gunpoint for a while. Had you been inside a faster car, this would've been more realistic to try.
