Why should this player be punished?: This dude tried to mug me without even knowing how to do it properly, by pointing his pistol at me and shouting at me to make me drop everything I have; he has no zip-ties, no idea how to search me, and no clue how things actually work; he just murdered me after bringing me to the forest. But the issue is that I warned him repeatedly and I was trying to instruct him on how to do it, however, he didn't listen. He immediately disconnected after that.

The only problem I see here is you not dropping your items. He is not required to use zip ties, you are still expected to comply with him while under gunpoint.
