Why Should This Player Be Punished:
I was at the PD at when Stefan started pushing me and then after I called him a 'cunt' or something like that he started punching me as well as his friend. This was within the PD, in front of the Desk Officer thus risking imprisonment (3.4) and well as not taking the NPC into account (3.21). After an officer broke it up, they ran to hospital where he told his friend to run me over, and he did attempt to. All this over me calling him a few names, this could be seen as excessive (2.5) as well as him showing a complete disregard to vehicle damage (3.15).
I created a report however the players were unavailable at the time and I was referred to the Action Requests section to create an AR (@xhantium)
