Suggestion Title: Active/Inactive Warrants.
Suggestion Description: Split Warrants into two categories: Active (person is currently in the City) and Inactive (offline). This would make it easier to check for warranted suspects, without having to go through all the warrants one by one.
Why should this be added?:
- Declutter the warrant list to quickly identify warranted suspects currently in the city.
- Quality of Life
What negatives could this have?:
- Work of developers.
