Suggestion Title: Add an organisation number
Suggestion Description: Add an organisation number that people with the set permission will recieve calls from working in a heirarchy like it does currently in pd

Why should this be added?:
- Would be useful for recruiting posters so you can just have 1 listed number

What negatives could this have?:
- Coding time? Can't think of any ingame negatives.

The only negative thing would be as Aquaa said people constantly spamming your org hotline, just like 911 calls. Can be very distracting and annoying in shootouts.

They could always change up this rule 3.14 Prank Calling so we avoid this from happening if they do add it as it would be pretty cool.

An ability to turn it off would be a good idea to combat the spam calls.

Not sure why this is so massively downvoted when for example having the ability to turn the number on and off at will would not impact anything, its a suggestion thread after all so voice your suggestions on how to make it better (OP really didn't put in a lot of work, I'll give that). Ranks should have a permission that gives them the ability to take calls, the highest rank takes priority just like the PD system and goes down from there whoever has the option enabled to take phone calls. You could also give the benefit of being able to change the first 3 numbers of the phone number to have a fresh number every time in case of spam or better yet, only allow messages from the app to send offline messages to an organisation.

Phone calls shouldn't automatically pull up the phone like your usual phone call, it would instead slightly pull up the phone from the corner of the screen or show a small notification in the corner that you feel your phone vibrate about an in-coming call (notification system preferred because what if your phone goes off while in Teamspeak?). Organisation members should still be allowed to opt out from receiving these calls if they've been given the rank to take calls and it was decided out of their control or will.

How about people constantly spamming your org hotline

You can report them to the police for 10.1 or better off find them and raid them. Maybe add a feature to block numbers through the F3 menu so those numbers cant call the org hotline. Like a blacklist sort of thing.

If we add an option for players to remove themselves from the organisations call list, are there actually going to be any negatives?
