Suggestion Title: Add Echo Romeo (ER) unit for ambulances
Suggestion Description: Add Echo Romeo units 1 and 2 to the paramedic role, potentially in the place of Echo 5 and 6. These units would useful for other emergency services as well as dispatchers to distinguish a medical unit as a full-size ambulance for body clean-up, for example.
This is exactly how it is done with the firefighter units being Hotel and Hotel Romeo, and used to be a feature for paramedics but was removed for an unknown reason.

The context has changed as the city has become much larger, response times have increased, and so knowing which units are required for body removal is especially important as journeys take longer.
Why should this be added?:
Organization of units, relatively easy to implement.
What negatives could this have?:
None, unless there's something I'm missing.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Lack of organization or distinction between full sized ambulances and normal medics without body removal capability
