Add light switches to V5

Main Idea: Add the light switchers from Evo to v5.

Full description of the idea: As the title says, having light switches would be good on v5, having more RP when having lights off.

Why should it be added?: More roleplay could happen in the dark. Would make a really good addition to the map when its released.

Pros: More Roleplay. Adds realism.

Cons: Could be abused, both by roleplay and staff. Also could be abused by defenders/raiders during a raid.
