Server Suggestion Add more bomb types

Description of the idea: Adding more tiers of craftable bomb. The lowest tier would be something similar to the TFU's C2 charges, while the highest tier (which would be more expensive than the current bomb,) would inherit the power of the current bomb.

The current bombs would be nerfed and be the middle tier.

Why should this be added? (pros): This suggestion is based on the discussion about nerfing explosives, and I feel this is a good middle ground.

What negatives could this have? (cons): People's existing bombs would become less powerful and that may upset people

I suggested awhile ago stuff like "Nail bombs" That fired projectiles that didn't damage prop structures and vehicles, only players. I like the idea of adding more bombs, maybe bombs with less predictable effects could work nicely.
