Adding custom music from the player to his car

Short explanation:
-function that let the player add his own music into a custom radio

Detailed description:
some players want that not only me so im making an suggestion and if got accepted i will appreciate that , so basically add a function to the player that allow to him to add custom music (from his own (from the pc)) and can hear it in his car

Optional additions:
-create a radio automatically called "My Radio" when he put music
-create browse music in F1 Menu so the player can browse and select the music he want

If you need to play custom music for a group, buy a TV and play your song through it using a youtube link. We don't and will not host music sent to us as it not only bloats content size, but we do not want to take verification steps that they do not violate any copyright laws.
