Suggestion Description: adds a sign and a law exemption allowing vehicles to park for the process of immediate and undelayed loading and unloading of goods into a vehicle the vehicle must not be parked on the pavement and must have its hazards on too
the following places would be signed and exempt
uncle cos
the fish shop place cant remember the name
safety first
the gun shop
chair shop

Why should this be added?:
- allows people to unload and load stuff into their car's also a huge quality of life update

What negatives could this have?:
- people parked on pavements but it'd be illegal so they would be towed anyways

Fishing shop at docks have parking lot
To Shooting range/gun shop people can park at gas station parking on the other side of the road but to others shops its great idea or there could be implemented time zones that accept parking (ig timezone) for example 8-10am & 2-4pm

Just park at the city parking lot outside the hospital. If you can't be bothered to walk a little just park it illegally and risk the max 1k ticket.
