Short explanation (in notes):
-Can buy any sort of alcohol.
-Can get drunk.
-Can Pass out/die if to much

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
When you feel down you can go get some alcohol from the local shop. you can have to much and get drunk or you don't have much and be ok-ish. if you have to much to drink on a daily bases you can pass out and or die from how much you have had to drink.

-Police breathalyzer
-Intoxication Limit.

You are able to drink beer if you go to the pub at the docks.
There is also orange juice if you can manage to get drunk off of that.

breathalyzer's are done using /me's and works perfectly, making a custom SWEP for it is pointless and just a waste of time, as long as people follow the rules then there is no need for this.
