Alex Escobar previously gunpointed me and @Hazza56 in front of 3 NPCs, and the fact that he has now gone and done this shows that he is certainly not suited to be on a serious roleplay server...
In short, he's a knob.
+Support Clear rule breakages that literally anyone can see.
As you can see in the video he was randomly breaking traffic laws in front of the police department and following you around. Because this was the police department he would of easily been caught doing this. Watching the video further he started to hit you for no reason not putting vehicle damage into consideration.
