Suggestion Description: allow CPLs to set arrest warrants if highest rank on duty, since the max we can do even if highest rank on duty is set a wanted for questioning warrant

Why should this be added?:
- allows CPLs to set warrants if theres no one else who can do so

What negatives could this have?:
- CPLs abusing it ig

What problem would this suggestion solve?: not being able to set arrest warrants if theres not SERG+ on duty

Suggestion Description: Give Corporals the ability to make Search Warrants and Arrest Warrants if no higher ranked Officer is on duty.

Why should this be added?:
- for situations that require warrants without an on duty Supervisor.
Examples:
Property owners are actively wall banging behind closed doors.
Suspect has clear DNA proof of murder and needs a Warrant on them.

- Corporals should be experienced enough to judge whether or not a Warrant is justifiable in situations where a higher ranked officer cannot decide for them...

Suggestion Title: PLPD Corporal warrants
Suggestion Description: Corporals can set warrants but they need to be approved by an Sgt+ with a sort of 'pop up'. A popup like the mayor vote but then with the details of the warrant and a yes/no button.

Why should this be added?:
- Less workload for supervisors
- More justified warrants

What negatives could this have?:
- Maybe the warrant page filled with warrants?

My question is why? CPLs are already permitted (to an extent) to act like supervisors if none are on duty, so why not allow us to set arrest/search warrants as well? I really don't believe that CPLs can/will abuse or use this incorrectly unless they are VERY incompetent, to which they shouldn't be CPLs anyway, since to my belief almost everyone in the PLPD (minus brain deads) understand how arrest and search warrants work and when they can be set
