Allow Disabling Of Dispatch Camera's

Description of the idea: Allow Criminals to have the option to shoot at a dispatch's camera to disable it for a short time.

Why should this be added? (pros): This could allow criminals to shoot camera's so they are not always being actively called out by a dispatch during a shootout.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Possibility of most camera's ending up being disabled if a big crime where to occur.

*Other additions: Add a Black screen to the camera if it was shot by a gun so that dispatch would not be able to see out of the camera for a short period of time 1-2 Minutes.

*Images: Only Allows you to see black other than the Dispatch camera area to switch camera's

I don't agree with this based on how OP it would be for criminals, and 1-2 minutes is a long time to have them disabled, half if the situations would be over by the time the cameras got back.

For officers to take advantage of the dispatch cameras someone actually have to be on duty as a dispatch and actively call out people, and most officers don't have anything more than a pistol (unless cpl+ and tfu) while criminals have an arsenal to pick from.

Cameras in Paralake is limited and there is alot of blindspots, for example Regals don't have a camera, only one that's shows the parking lot. The camera at bank, in Regals direction is out of render distance so the whole buildning is a blindspot.

You require a good dispatch to make good use of the cameras anyway so this would be too much of a nerf for a job that actually requires you to use your brain.

Yes, I'm always seeing bombs on the sidewalk. It's natural for paralake.

It's a good suggestion, It would be nice to do so criminals can disable CCTV. But doing so you can disable them by shooting them, which will probably just result in random people shooting random cameras for fun.

I have an idea where a similar thing can be added, so something like this might be done in a limited capacity in the future.
