What rule do you wish to
Edit/Add: Not being allowed to place fences on the windows or inside of the business shop due to the construction booklet.
Your version of the rule:
Fences in business and bazaar shops are allowed as this is not classed as "defence" but as dividers, these fences should be used to split up the room, in the back of the business shop the player should have one big fence or 3 small fences as it's big enough and in the main area the player is allowed to cover the glass or put fences where he / she likes.
In bazaar there is maximum of two big fences allowed to cover drugs in the back room or four mini fences to prevent drugs being seen preventing the player breaking (3.4 and 2.1) due to public seeing drugs.
Why do you believe this rule should be Edited.
Fences aren't bullet proof and can be shot through to harm the player.
Don't harm anyone having windows boarded up as every other building seems to have windows boarded if basing.
10 more shops for passive role play
Removing the section which states you're not allowed fences on the windows or inside of the shop it self, without them the shop may look ugly and stock may fall off tables.
Construction roleplay can't happen due to windows not being able to be blocked.
Easily shot through and killed, can't protect yourself incase you get raided.
