Police Suggestion Allow Supervisors to adjust other officers to callsigns

Suggestion Title: Allow Supervisors to adjust other officers to callsigns
Suggestion Description: For example, lets say Officer A wants to join a member who has a TFU callsign, no one but a TFU supervisor can move Officer A to that call sign.

I am suggesting that only Supervisors (Sergeant+) be allowed to assign anyone to any callsign so those who ask, like the incident above, can be assigned to the same unit (For ORs, etc).

Why should this be added?:
Just makes the lives easier so they can communicate

What negatives could this have?:
Not sure- 

What problem would this suggestion solve?: None.

Yes, But I think Cody means that it can be without the restrictions

Correct, that example I gave happened today. I am only able to assign people to RTU callsigns since I am an RTU Supervisor.

Be nice if high ranking hotel could move lower ranking hotel units. So many new players can't figure out how to do it without taking 10 minutes sometimes.

The restrictions help to prevent people from going into units they probs shouldn't be in, giving SGT+ the power to overrule that may cause issues
As for the OR stuff, the higher rank can generally just move into the lower rank's patrol or traffic unit depending division stuff, in the future due to some system changes everyone would have the power to goto the lower rank patrol channels, so if this is a issue that can just be done
