Server Suggestion Allow you to use some emotes while crouched

Suggestion Title: Allow you to use some emotes while crouched
Suggestion Description: Emotes like Beckon, Foward etc make you stand up when you use them, and I think that it could give you away if you're like trying to signal something.

Why should this be added?:
- More possibilities to use these emotes tactically I guess
- No reason for you to stand up when you use them, the same way when you use point you don't stand up.

What negatives could this have?:
- I don't see any.

I'd like to see less of these emotes freeze you in place as well. It'd be nice to start waving at someone and not be looking the complete opposite direction from by the time I'm finished waving.

Big agree, I always wave at someones car and by the time they pass I'm waving at a building for 2 seconds

These are default gmod animations that only have a standing version.

It might be possible to create our own, but it's a huge amount of effort to create an individual player animation.
