Animations not working and cars weird

I've had a little problem recently with animations on the server. All /act animations don't do anything at all and some reloading animations are weird and fucked. M82 being reloaded as a shotgun.

I've reinstalled content but this did not work.
I've reinstalled the entire game but this did not work. (Unsubscribing from all content included)

Any suggestions?

Some cars have this for some reason. Didn't have this before reinstalling.
[DOUBLEPOST=1483098995,1482087972][/DOUBLEPOST]I fixed the animations by deleting all addons (uninstalling) and then joining the server without downloading the workshop content.

The weird cars are not fixed though.

For the "weird cars" which is an issue in Mercedes TDM Pack I advise you to get the SVN of TDM, it fixed the issue for me

I remember @Creepis have a problem like this with his mercades once (Not the speed enforcer one) Im sure he can tell you his fix if he has found one.
