Good Evening,

I have been appointed to the role of Deputy Chief of Department in assisting the Senior Management Team in moving the Police Department forward. The existing Chief of Department has a lot on their plate with the development of BlueDuck and this has caused other areas of the Police Department to come to a stand-still and for that we sincerely apologise. This appointment is intended to ease the workload of the existing department as well as to bring a new perspective from the ground rather than from the existing command structure. I intend on making some changes over the next few days regarding the command team and general police department structure which I hope will be satisfactory to all.

I will continue to be transparent as I have been and always will be, and as a fresh new face in the Command Team will be proactively looking for new changes so please feel free to send any feedback my way.
