Why Should This Player Be Punished: User violated rule 3.20, 3.4, 3.22 and 4.1. User broke several rules by lying to a corporal, failing to stop as a police officer (was getting questioned about issuing a $5000 parking ticket), breaking multiple traffic laws, attempted murder of a fellow LEO and eventually disconected, to rejoin after. He then proceded to perform other events as I'm sure @Sneaky has recordings of.

He then proceded to perform other events as I'm sure @Sneaky has recordings of.

After he reconnects, an officer alerts me of some cop minging around with his friend. This officer(Mishka Savage) then breaks laws and thus we start a persuit. When we disable his car he DC'd and guess who's there. Bobby savage. Them driving around and having the same last name obviously indicate they are minging around.
