Why Should This Player Be Punished: I believe that McLovin shall be penalized for this, and many other things he has done. Numerous times he was mentioned by other players as either failRP, agressive or inappropriate in other terms. There was a major crash on the highway, and I (Alexey Yakolev, traffic officer) decided to assist another officer in this accident. I put on my sirens, put traffic cones and barriers in order to aid the traffic. Due to alot of stuff to do I /advert'ed the crash to the public slightly late. McLovin was hi-speeding on the highway, ramming my barriers and police car, nearly hitting me and victims of the scene (car managed to stop him). He immediately left car and shouted on VoIP for medical assistance, I bandaged him. Later on I granted him a ticket for causing an accident. He was generally verbal, and even tho it in theory was RP, I consider it to be 2.5 Excessively negative. Worth to recon, except for things like

He was mocking me and others for literally everything (as he usually does in all RP situations), was moaning alot about the ticket. RC fixed his car, then he just stood on the highway. I asked him to remove vehicle ASAP, but he had a chat with another officer (I don't have the name). He just said that vehicle was broken and can't move. After I stepped out of the car to prompt him, he just got into the car and ran away. I got him later on in suburb area, stopped where he was generally angry at all, and at the very start before I stopped his vehicle he just written in local

Dont know if i read this right but everything he says seems to be IC which is allowed. Just because he was mocking you as a cop doesn't mean he should get any type of punishment as long as it was IC. Correct me if im missing something.

Im pretty sure i never claimed it was broken maybe in the first place but not after Roadcrew repaired it, i claimed i couldn't drive tho. I didn't have money to pay the ticket that he just gave me thats why i couldn't remove my car, i had a mate from my org transfer me some money so i could pay for the ticket, so when i paid the ticket i left the highway as he told me to. Later he pulled me over and told me i didn't bothered to answer him on the highway while i never remmber him saying anything at the moment i left. And there wasn't any adverts when i was online on the server saying theres been a big crash in the middle of the highway.

- i never claimed u broke any rules OOC, but the 1.1 because u were like "Grammar mate" sure its kinda hard to know when u keep bringing IC to OOC.

Well you can be who ever you want to be IC as long as you dont break the rules, as he's agressive behavor is not really against the rules then he didnt do anything wrong. this is just my perspective of the situation. -Support

When watching your demo use Shift + F2 to find out the tick of the situation.

After watching 41 minutes of your demo I've came to the conclusion that what Mclovin did was perfectly fine and within the confines of the rules, I did however notice you breaking rule 4.1, You constantly failed to stop at stop signs, failed to indicate. I recommend you read up on the laws.
