Why Should This Player Be Punished: He went around disabling peoples vehicles, and refused to pay for the damage did to my car, also broke 3.4 as I held him at gun point and he drove away. Also, yes I killed him infront of the PD, but this guy was disabling literally every single car on the server, that the one police officer that was online at the time encouraged us to KOS him on sight. Plus, I was already pissed off at the time, so i'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Today he was a FF and I caught him driving down towards intersection from Subs and hit me, I tried to get the Police to stop him, but they were busy, we followed him and he almost hit another FF, he then DC'ed. It was reported, but he had left so there was not alot I could do.
